History:
The IPA or India Pale Ale is one of the most popular beer styles of recent years and for us this IPA is undoubtedly one of the must-haves. Together with the blonde and the brown, it was one of the first recipes we developed and also one of the references that has given us the most pleasure. It was judged the best IPA in Spain at the Madrid Brew Competition in 2019 and has also won international awards. A beer that we continue to brew with the same enthusiasm as on day one. An American IPA with a Mediterranean spirit that has conquered the hearts and taste buds of the public.

Colour:
Clear honey-coloured beer with a white, compact and persistent head.

Smell:
Intense and fresh citrus aroma due to the use of dry hopping hops.

Taste:
Fresh, tropical, resinous beer thanks to the play of American hops that are perfectly balanced with the combination of malts.

Goes well with:
These fruity and slightly bitter beers are the ideal match for red meat, sauces, spicy, strong cheeses or more intense fish such as salmon, etc.
