This impressive Imperial Stout is a tribute to King Alfonso VIII, the noble victor of the battle of Las Navas de Tolosa and conqueror of the once impregnable Cuenca. Just like the king himself, this beer is grand, intense and unyielding.

With a solid 8.1% alcohol, a pronounced bitterness (IBU 75) and a deep EBC of 150, El (Re)Conquistador is a true taste experience. Dark as night, with a creamy, light brown head. The aroma is intense: think of freshly ground coffee beans, roasted notes and dark chocolate. The taste is dominated by bitter accents, a dry finish and a pleasant coffee-like aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Deep black with a silky crema – a true pleasure for lovers of strong, roasted beers.
