Description
Rabosa
History:
The Rabosa in Spain, the kitsune in Japan, the fox… through the legends and stories that circulate in different parts of the world, it is seen as more than just an animal: it is a spirit of the forest, it has a magical, protective and dangerous aura at the same time. On the one hand, the bird was considered a pest that attacked chickens and small game, but on the other hand, it was admired for its beauty and played a role in countless stories that symbolized intelligence and courage. In honor of this animal that roams our orchards, we have created Rabosa, a beer in the style of Pumpkin Ale that suggests a cooler climate and reminds us of the autumn harvest season. As smart as the devil and twice as handsome.
Colour:
Copper orange colour, with a full body and creamy and persistent foam.
Smell:
The smell is reminiscent of pumpkin pie: complex, harmonious and spicy.
Taste:
The sweet maltiness in the mouth is reminiscent of pumpkin pie or gingerbread. Very balanced and fresh.
